Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains what information Rampart collects through our website, rampartcore.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Rampart is operated by Peace Through Strength LLC ("Rampart," "we," "us").
This policy covers our website only. When the Rampart app and device become available, they will come with their own privacy terms, and we will update this page.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name.
Information about how you found us. When you sign up, we also save details about the visit that led to your sign-up, such as the ad, post or link you came from, the website that referred you, the page you first landed on, and which sign-up form you used. This lets us understand which of our posts and ads are working.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools that collect information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, your approximate location, the pages you view, how you move through the site, and your IP address. Some of this is collected by the companies listed below.
We do not ask for or collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
- To send you updates about Rampart, including product news and our launch.
- To understand how people find and use our website, and to improve it.
- To measure our ads and posts, and to show Rampart ads to people who may be interested, including people who have visited our site.
- To keep our sign-up form free of spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
Tools and companies we use
We use trusted service providers to run our website and sign-up list:
- Framer hosts our website and may process form submissions.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) stores our sign-up list in the United States and sends our emails.
- Google Workspace runs our business email.
We also use analytics and advertising tools. These place cookies or similar code on our site and receive information about your visit:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Reddit Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- X (Twitter) Pixel
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can find what's confusing or broken. We set it up so that what you type into forms is not recorded.
Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your information for money, and we do not give or rent our email list to other companies for their own marketing.
The advertising tools above receive information about your visit so that we can measure and target our ads. Some state privacy laws may treat this as "selling" or "sharing" information. You can turn it off at any time (see "Your choices" below).
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
Your choices
- Emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
- Browser privacy signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our website does not load our advertising tools for you. You don't need to do anything else.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may still work without them.
- Ad settings. You can also manage ads through Google's Ad Settings, Meta's Ad Preferences, and the privacy settings of the other platforms listed above.
- Access and deletion. You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at Operations@rampartcore.com. We may need to confirm the request came from you.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Deleted information may remain in our backups for up to 35 days before it is permanently removed. Our system logs are kept for up to 90 days. Information collected by the analytics and advertising tools is kept according to each company's own policies and our settings with them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
California residents
California law lets you ask whether we share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing. We do not. You can also make any of the requests described in "Your choices" above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Rampart grows, for example when our app and device launch. We will post changes here and update the date at the top.
